TalkBack™ Billing Policy
Cancellations
Unfortunately we are not able to suspend accounts or place accounts "on hold." If you will be unable to use your account for an extended period of time, you should cancel the account and reinstate it at a later date. PeachPodStudios LLC does not monitor the usage of your service. Absence of activity will not result in termination of your account by PeachPodStudios LLC. If you fail to notify us of your intention to cancel you will be responsible for all access fees until the date of account termination, regardless of whether you used the service. Cancellation of your account must be done via your online account or by phone or by postal mail. Written requests must contain your login username, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with your account, the current date, and your reason for cancellation. Only the primary account holder can cancel an account.
Refunds
There is an initial 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for new users. If you are not satisfied with the service and choose to cancel your account within thirty days (30) of the activation date, you may request a full refend of prepaid fees by email, telephone or mail. Approved refunds will be refunded within ten days (10) of cancellation . Full refunds will not be given if the account has been active for more than 30 days. No refunds will be given based on the absence of activity.
